Shipping
Due to the size and weight of many of our products, we currently ship to locations in the USA only. We pack your items carefully and include insurance and tracking. We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items.
Local pickup is always free. If you wish to place a bulk order of large multiple items to be shipped to your address, please contact us for a custom shipping quote prior to placing your order.
Local pickup
If you live in the East Texas area, you are welcome to choose STORE PICKUP upon checkout and arrange to pick up your items in person. This will waive your shipping fee. Our shop is located in Mineola, TX. Please note that we are a small local shop, and we encourage you to pick up your order as soon as possible. Extended holding time may incur an additional fee. After 30 days, we consider your item abandoned and reserve the right to disperse of it at our discretion without a refund or compensation to you.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges
We consider all sales final. As a small business with many bespoke, custom, or made to order handmade products, our policy is that we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges. Any exceptions to our policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
